Who Am I & Why Beauty?

I remember when I was younger, watching TLC's "What Not to Wear" and instantly after the episode wanting to do my mom's make-up and create this transformation for her. Applying make-up does come with some trial and error I will say. Like the time I accidently glued a friend’s eye shut after trying to apply fake eyelashes on her, but that’s beside the point and was in middle school. There’s been a lot of improvement since then. I love beauty because I want women to feel beautiful, comfortable and empowered in their own skin. Everyone deserves to feel confident and I want to be a part of this transformation with you.

Before I become a part of your transformation you should know a little about me. Kinda fun! I’m almost a Central Washington graduate (I finish after this summer) with an Accounting major and Communication minor. I’m also currently a full-time staff member at Resonate Church where I focus on leadership development. You can say I’m passionate about people, which is why I created this blog.

This blog will provide real life beauty experiences, tips, tricks, and how-to’s. As well as ask for recommendations, show current outfit for the seasons, and remind you of your worth! We are made different shapes, sizes, shades, heights, and we all deserve to feel beautiful the way were made. For me, I love to use make-up to enhance natural features and remind women what it’s like to feel good about themselves. Whether you learn towards the natural side or the more dramatic side, as long as you feel like yourself you go queen! I want to be a community that rallies each other and constantly encourages one another!
